Project Overview
At the 2026 HIMA MAEXTRO brand gala, creating an ultra-premium, immersive stage environment was paramount to showcasing this luxury automotive lineup. YZDITEC delivered a comprehensive stage automation solution, seamlessly integrating heavy-duty stage machinery with an intelligent control infrastructure. The project successfully eliminated hardware boundaries to achieve flawless, high-precision synchronization on a grand scale.

 

1. Dynamic Stage Machinery & Precision Engineering To present the vehicles dynamically and elevate the audience experience, the stage layout incorporated two distinct types of custom-engineered revolving stages:

a. Symmetrical 20-Meter Audience Turntables: Two massive 20-meter diameter rotating platforms operated symmetrically to carry and smoothly rotate the entire audience

seating area. This synchronized movement offered spectators a seamless, panoramic view of the grand venue.

b. High-Precision 5-Meter Display Turntables: Four 5-meter vehicle display turntables featured 360° omnidirectional rotation. The automation system allowed

real-time angle adjustments with an exceptional accuracy of up to 0.01 degrees, perfectly highlighting the vehicle’s luxury craftsmanship from every perspective.

2. Integrated Control System & Cross-Brand Compatibility The backbone of this automated stage solution relied on YZDITEC’s advanced control architecture, designed for reliable, multi-device collaboration:

  1. Unified Control Infrastructure: The entire setup was orchestrated by 1 Main Controller paired with 1 BW Intelligent Control Console, providing robust stability for the complex show choreography.
  2. Dual-Brand Servo Motor Synchronization: The system achieved a breakthrough in hardware integration by simultaneously controlling and synchronizing servo motors from two different manufacturers, ensuring zero-latency communication.
  3. Proprietary 3D Simulation Software: Utilizing YZDITEC’s self-developed 3D stage simulation software, the engineering team executed complete virtual pre-visualizations of the stage effects. This enabled a precise 1:1 replication from digital rendering to live execution, eliminating operational risks.

3. Conclusion  By combining high-load stage machinery with flexible, cross-compatible control networks, YZDITEC demonstrated its sophisticated engineering capabilities, setting a new benchmark for automated stage design in high-end corporate launches.
