Tape? You can cut. Live broadcast to millions of viewers? You cannot. That's a different level of "please don't fail right now."
So we don't leave things to chance — we simulate them first.
1,000 top streamers. One massive stage.
19 LED screen assemblies in the air:
| 8 column screens · 1 hex-column · 10 vertical panels
| All with different weights, travel heights, and motion cues.
Before a single hoist turned in the venue, we ran the entire show in Pando 3D simulation software. Every lift path visualized. Every cue profile preset. Every collision scenario tested.
Then we went live with 100 BGV C1 servo hoists and one intelligent BW console. What we rehearsed in 3D was exactly what went live. Beat for beat.
⚙️A few things that keep us nerding out:
•Zero-speed hold— screen hits its mark, locks, done. No drift. No sway.
• Hot-standby + console↔PC dual redundancy. Because "let me reboot that" doesn't exist at a live broadcast.
•Anti-collision + real-time load monitoring on all 100 units. The system watches everything — so the operator watches the show.
100 hoists. One conductor. Zero drama.
(The streamers looked great. The screens looked better. We slept well.)
Pre-show simulation isn't optional for us. It's the job.
